Originally from Ephraim, Utah, Harley began fly fishing 15 years ago when his brother Steve introduced him to the sport. Harley loves to hunt for fish with dry flies on any water that can offer it. Some of his favorites are the Middle and Lower Provo as well as the Henry's Fork, the Green River and Silver Creek. When he's not working, you can also find him hanging out with his daughter Summer, and hosting his hunting show for ESPN2 "American Gun Dog".

In the fall, his passion for chasing upland birds takes over and he roams the desert foothills of Utah, Nevada, Arizona and Idaho. The bird season finds him searching these sage covered landscapes for the elusive game birds with his best friends Willie, Sancho and Spinner.

His love of being on the water and desire to teach people the art of fly fishing are just two of the reasons Harley has been guiding and working in the industry for ten years
