Overview
The Weber river between Rockport and Echo reservoirs is currently at a flow of 25 CFS. This is a low flow and we have yet to see any sort of simulated run off. These lower flows make the fishing tricky. We have seen some caddis and midges here and there but the bite is iffy regardless if you are dry flying or nymphing.
