The Middle Provo is flowing at 310 CFS, and below the River Road Bridge it is about 195 CFS. Nymphing is still the most consistent fishing. Fishing from sun-up to sun-down has been good. Dry fly opportunity is all day! Caddis opportunities all day, midges and PMDS mid morning. Still the occasional Drake sighting near the Dam. Streamer action during low light conditions.
