Overview
The small streams in the area are most likely going to be flowing pretty low. However, if you do find some good water try running some nymph drifts withs sows or midges. Also, this is the time for streamers so break out those wooly buggers.

Overview
The few small streams that are freestone might be a bit warm to fish right now. The tailwater streams will have slightly better fishing temps. If you do go out and get on some fish, take the necessary precautions and make sure you are not hurting fish. Terrestrials and droppers will likely be your most productive method.

Spring is here and so is the water. Fishing mainly depends on if its a tailwater or not. The high Uintas are sill locked in snow and mirror lake highway is still closed.

Overview
Fall is here. Small streams can be hit or miss this time of year. Fishing is dependent on flows (or lack there of) and temps. Be on the lookout for spawning Brown and Brook trout and try to avoid their redds. Unfortunately, due to the Dollar Ridge Fire the Strawberry Pinnacles access road is closed and we expect there to be a pretty substantial fish kill.

Overview
Late Summer into early Fall is time to get out on Utah’s small streams. Enjoy them before Winter sets in! It’s terrestrial season. Throw hoppers, ants, or stimulators. Look for midges and tricos in the mornings and you will also still see some PMD’s mid day and Caddis activity in the evenings. Unfortunately, due to the Dollar Ridge Fire the Strawberry Pinnacles access road is closed and we expect there to be a pretty substantial fish kill.
