Overview
The Green below Flaming Gorge Dam will be flowing at an average of 2100 CFS and has been that way since 11/29/23. There is a double bump, With one at 3am and 2pm. Streamer fishing has been good no matter if the river is rising or falling. There should be decent nymphing during the lows. Think scuds and small midges.
