Location

Green River Below Flaming Gorge Dam

Overview

The Green is flowing around 860 cfs out of the Flaming Gorge Dam. No news yet on when the river will be bumped. The water temp has changed about 5 degrees and the fish seem to be more active. The baetis are still significant. The nymphing is consistently good during the baetis hatch. Small cicadas and flying ants have started to show up so try the bigger dries in your box. Dry flies, emergers, and nymphs have all been productive. Streamer fishing can still be productive below Red Creek.
