Overview
The Lower Section of the Provo River below Deer Creek Reservoir is currently at 210 CFS. With Deer Creek not frozen over sometimes the river can be a bit off color with the wind blowing the lake over. Generally midges are your best bet, with your standard sow bug/worms to supplement.
