Lower Provo River
Overview
The Lower Provo is flowing at about 500 CFS. Plenty of midges moving around with some BWO’s here and there. Access can be difficult with the snow and the high water but fishing has been productive. Same as the middle, but target the slower moving sections of the river. Nymping will be the most productive method.
