Overview

The Weber is flowing at ~28 cfs. This flow is very low. Nymphing will be the most productive if you have nowhere else to fish. Otherwise try to give the Weber a break until the flows come back up. Take a look at our other fishing reports for inspiration for trying a different fishery.

Weber River Fishing Report 09/03/2019

Location

Weber River

Overview

The Weber is flowing at ~170 cfs.  Nymphing will be the most productive with PMDs subsurface. When the sun hits the water try throwing hoppers near the banks. Midge patterns should work in the mornings, if its cool try caddis stuff as well. Water temps are warm closer to Echo so try to stay near Rockport.

Weber River Fishing Report 07/03/2019

Weber River

Overview

Weber River staying pretty steady for now at ~400 cfs. Fishing can be tough in certain spots, but nymphing will be the most productive. Caddis and Yellow sallies are on the “Webe”. Stick to their nymphs until the water gets to a better dry fly flow.

Weber River Fishing Report 06/17/2019

Weber River

Overview

Weber River flows went way up since our last report, but are on the way back down currently at ~728cfs. It is tough fishing. If you nymph you will need a lot of weight. Streamers might be worth a shot. They usually produce more fish in heavier flows.

Weber River Fishing Report 06/05/2019

Weber River

Overview

Weber River flows are ~728cfs and it is fishing pretty consistent with sow bugs, midge nymphs, caddis nymphs, and worm patterns. Fish are moving into faster water so change up where you drift. Weather affects the Weber heavily so there’s a chance it will be off color with storms. Streamers might be worth a shot.
