Location Lower Provo River Overview The Lower Provo is now flowing at ~695 cfs out of the Deer Creek Reservoir. This flow is fishier than it has been so far this summer. Nymphing and streamers will be the most productive, but fish dries if you see them eating up top. PMDs and Caddis are out, so stick to their emerger patterns. Location Lower Provo River Overview Spring runoff has made it down to the Lower Provo as well, with a very high and swift flow of ~1135 cfs coming out of Deer Creek Reservoir.
