Location Middle Provo River Overview Flows are slowly coming down and the river is much more wadable. The Middle Provo is coming out of the dam at about 600 CFS and is just over 400 CFS below the diversion. Nymphing has been the more productive option in the earlier hours of the day, there is some dry fly opportunity throughout the day, but look for those fish that are willing to eat off the surface. Water temps are still on the colder side and need to come up a little bit higher before we start to see any drakes, there are nymphs in the water they just are not quite hatching yet.
