Location Lower Provo River Overview The Lower Provo is flowing at ~160 cfs right now.  Not much change. Nymphing will still be the most productive. Try nymphing bigger flies like san juan worms and sow bugs. Targeting the mid-day midge hatch can also be productive. Like the middle, the dry fly fishing can be technical with these small bugs, so size down your tippet to 6X or 7X and lengthen that leader.  Recent Flows ~160 cfs.
