Weber River Fishing Report 10/03/2025

Location Weber River Overview The Weber has been dropped down to it's winter flow of about 30 CFS. This time of year we try to avoid being on the river while the brown trout spawn. At these low flows it is much easier to put stress on the fish, especially for the next month or so while the spawn is happening. We expect flows to come back up in the springtime. Less water means less oxygen and less places for fish to reside, be respectful and patient on this fishery!  Latest Flows ~30 Fishing conditions N/A Current Hatches N/A Best Time Of Day N/A

Green River Fishing Report 10/03/2025

Location Green River Below Flaming Gorge Dam Overview Flows are sitting at about 800 CFS all day long. We are seeing more fish stacked up in bigger pools at these lower flows. There are some tricos throughout the day, but are starting to wane. Same goes for the hoppers, fishing hoppers during the warmest part of the day will be the most productive. There are some spawning reds starting to appear, make sure to keep a close eye on where you are walking if you are wading as to not step on any of those beds. Current Hatches Midges (18-22) BWO's (18-22) Baetis (18-22) Caddis (16-18) Hoppers (10-14) Best Techniques Nymphing Dry Fly Best Time Of Day 9 am to 5 pm

Green River Fishing Report 08/13/2025

Location Green River Below Flaming Gorge Dam Overview From 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. flows are sitting around 1600 CFS. Dry fly fishing has been good with lulls throughout the day. Nymphing has been just as productive as well. We have been seeing less hatch bugs (Caddis and PMD's) on the water on any given day, but fishing small terrestrials has been productive. Current Hatches Midges PMD's Caddis Hoppers Ants Best Techniques Nymphing Dry Fly Flies Midges (18-22) Scuds (14-18) PMD's (16-18) Hopper (10-14) Ants (14-18) Best Time Of Day 9 am to 5 pm

Weber River Fishing Report 08/13/2025

Location Weber River Overview The Weber is currently flowing at 200 CFs below the Rockport Dam. Fishing has been good with nymphing being your most productive option. There is some dry fly opportunity throughout the day, but hunt for those rising fish. Early mornings have been most productive fishing midges until PMD's start moving around. There are caddis on the water, but the hatch is very sporadic. On most warm days the water temps are getting pretty warm the further down stream you go.  Latest Flows ~200 Fishing conditions good Current Hatches Sowbug (16-22) Midges (20-24) Caddis (18-20) PMD (18-22) Best Time Of Day All Day, water temps permitting

Middle Provo River Fishing Report 08/13/2025

Location Middle Provo River Overview As of 8/5/2025 we saw flows double up to 600 CFS out of the dam. Fishing has still been good and productive, but the dry fly hatches have dwindled. There are random spurts of PMD's throughout the day starting once the sun hits the water, so there is still some dry fly opportunity, but nymphing small midges and PMD's will still be your more productive option. Fishing has been good from sun-up to sun down, and as soon as that sun starts to set, the caddis hatch is pretty good and the fishing is fun. Below the diversion flows are between 470 CFS and 500 CFS, the fishing does not change much, but better chances at seeing some PMD's at any given time throughout the day.
